Yes, it’s true, nutrition makes up 80-90% of the battle. Exercise makes up the other 9-19% (we’ll talk about the other 1% in a minute). We’ll make sure to work with you to create the perfect plan FOR YOU.

SUSTAINABLE

Which plan is best? Carb cycling? Keto? Paleo? Intermittent Fasting? Truth is, all of those plans are great, but the best one is the one you can actually stick with and follow 100%. It doesn’t matter how good we are at our job, if we can’t help you stick to a plan, no one will be happy. Which is why we pride ourselves on developing sustainable and effective plans that you’ll enjoy.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Here’s the missing 1%, and could very well be the most important 1%. Our plans work because after we’ve created the perfect nutrition and exercise plan that is sustainable… WE MAKE SURE YOU GET IT DONE. Getting it done is that 1%. Our coaches work closely with you to make sure you are set up for success and are keeping you accountable each and every step and bite.

WHY IT WORKS

Ok... this is a tough one. We could discuss why you SHOULDN’T try anyone else, but then we’d just sound like a**holes. Truth is, there’s probably a hundred other “coaching” programs you could try out that would “work”. 

So first we’re going to define “works”. We could have designed a nutrition program that is custom to your body, environment, likes/dislikes, and goals... OH WAIT, WE DID. We could have developed a workout program that was sustainable and also to your liking, whose purpose was to build the body you actually wanted instead of throwing random workouts at you... OH WAIT, WE DID THAT TOO. But we didn’t stop there. In any fitness journey, there is a third key component that is essential to making it “work” (nutrition and workouts were the first two). ACCOUNTABILITY!!! (You guessed it!) We needed to ensure that you had someone guiding you every step of the way, so that when your friends are giving you sh*t for choosing to work out over binge drinking and watching a marathon of The Bachelorette (or Breaking Bad), your coach is a text or call away to remind you of why you started and to remember that your significant others lust over you will be much more satisfying than wasting the night away.

Bottom line: something that gets you the best results (that last), teaches you how you get those results, and having a coach with you every step of the way, “works”.

DON’T KISS ON THE FIRST DATE

We actually want to get to know you… weird huh? For real though, we need to personal preferences, schedules, likes and dislikes. So once you complete our questionnaire, you get to jump on a call with one of us to go through an initial assessment, where we can ask each other questions and see if we’re a good fit.

NO EXTREME FAD DIETS

Any hoo-ha can make you eat extremely low calories and get you to lose weight. No, instead our plans are practical so that they are sustainable.

ALWAYS COMMUNICATING IN ALL WAYS

You get to choose how often we get to bug you (check in on you). Our OVF team keeps you connected at all times so we can guarantee you have the best chance to succeed

WE GOT SOME WORK TO DO

Once your assessment is completed, we go to work. We design your training and nutrition plan based on your questionnaire and our conversation. Fitness is a lifestyle, and it will become your identity… in a good way. So, because it’s a lifestyle, we don’t give you a cookie-cutter-one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, we incorporate foods YOU ACTUALLY ENJOY and will be able to eat for a long time. Piece of cake, literally.

LETS CHAT

We need to make sure you’re staying on track. How will we do this? We’ll hound you every second of the day and slap bad food out of your hand! No, not really. But we will check in on you as much as you need us to. We pretty much already know how much you’ll need us to be successful, but we’ll still let you decided on how much you want to hear from us (just trust us). The rest, as they say, is history… and this this case, “history” means, you’ll get amazing results and absolutely love this experience.

MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS

Remember, there is no magic pill for achieving results. You already know what you need to do and eat to get great results… but there’s nothing wrong with us helping you out. So, we try to keep things as fresh as possible so you can stick with it as long as possible.
